Are any of you familiar with g diapers? I found them this evening as I was searching for diapers that didn't have cartoon characters all over them. The idea is appealing to me. I don't like the idea of filling up the landfills with disposable diapers, but I don't think that I'm up for cloth either. These seem like a happy medium - a reusable cloth outer pant with biodegradable liners. I'm wondering how well they work...

I haven't seem these before, but I'll ask around. My cousin was using cloth with occasional disposables for long trips. These seem like a nice compromise.

I have used them since birth on my 8 month old and love them. You do have to be careful about fit or they will leak - but any diaper can leak and you just have to accept that with little ones. I used cloth with my older daughter, and I wish now I had known about these. They have a good website and there is also a yahoo group of users if you are interested....I think there's information about that on the main gdiapers site.
Oh, I also love their autoship program. I signed up once, and for the next 18 months I get a big box of diapers every six weeks on my doorstep. One less thing to worry about getting at the store or running out of.....
