I came accross this chaging pad that was developed by a mom who didn't like the rectangular pad. Apparently Target has a "parent inventor section" and this is one of the items. The website is:

They come in various patterns, and you can find them online in Target. Hmm I think I'm going to have to get me one of those.

Love this idea! No baby ever lays flat on those small rectangles. I am so buying one of these!!
I love this also, but according to Target's website, it says "Spot clean only". If you have a blow-out, that could be very very messy!
